At HBADA Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components into the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location for return to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
